Introduction of Moriyoshi / Kuboyama Laboratory

In recent years, global environmental pollution and resource depletion problems have become more serious, and automobiles are required to (1) Reduction of harmful exhaust emissions .

(2) Improvement of thermal efficiency (improvement of fuel consumption rate) .

(3) Development of a model that uses V2X to control traffic flow .

Regulations concerning automobiles are becoming stricter year by year, and in addition to stricter regulation values, an increase in the number of regulated objects is also being considered.

On the other hand, electric vehicles face many challenges such as energy density and infrastructure, and hybrid vehicles with engines are becoming increasingly superior.

Our research aims to minimize energy use, achieve zero emissions, low vibration and noise, and fuel robustness in automobiles.

In addition to 18 engine dynamometers, 1 chassis dynamometer, and 1 turbocharger test bench, we also have 3 rapid compression and expansion machine, 2 fixed volume combustors, and various analyzers, etc., to conduct research through industry-academia-government collaboration.
